This is a Mizutaki course using Aomori Shamorock.This is a very satisfying course that includes several chicken dishes, a la carte dishes, local chicken mizutaki, about four skewers of grilled meat, and rice porridge.The chicken dishes and a la carte dishes are carefully selected by the proprietress.Courses must be booked in advance.

Course menu

■ Chicken dishes: 3 items (chicken ham and mustard, air-dried chicken breast, yuba tofu, etc.)

■ Ajillo (gizzard, fatty chicken wings, etc.)

■ Fried foods (chicken nanban, minced chicken, deep-fried yagennankotsu, etc.)

■ Charcoal grilled skewers (approximately 4 skewers) (approximately 3 meat skewers and 1 vegetable skewers)
